Exclusive Search was established by our President Douglas McKinney in 1986. 2011 marks our 25th year of connecting performers with employers, in fact, since we first opened our doors we have placed over 5000 performers with companies across the United States. Our firm found its niche as a full service placement firm specializing in the Electronics, Engineering, Data Processing, Chemical and Utility industries. Our expertise has evolved to include Information Technology, Engineering, Financial and Healthcare categories. Today Exclusive Search is known as a progressive recruitment firm. Our temporary staffing service introduced in 2010 has proved to be a winning solution for clients looking for economical manpower alternatives. In 2010 we developed the proprietary program “1, 2, 3. . . You’re Hired!” that is now being sold nationally to better train candidates for successful interviewing.
